So far, I'm discovering that most of the reviews were right, and the stock lens that comes with the XTi is not that great. But it's still a huge step up from the point-n-shoot. I've never had one where you can adjust all the f-stop and aperture and whatall, so it's a huge learning curve I've been on the last few days. Stay tuned for a bunch of pictures of flowers, since they are they are very accommodating models and never complain about the number of times I forget to turn the flash off before I get the right exposure settings ;) Ya, I’m super excited about it.
