		<description>I get intimidated by stir-fry because it seems like it has to be done in the right sequence. Like the garlic and onion wants to be done for a long time while the bell peppers and other stuff just wants to be done for a couple minutes. It seems hard to get it all timed right. The crock-pot, you just know it's all going to be mushy when you're done, so there's no stress.</description>
